Hi hiiiiii! Welcome to week 8! Cooper has the next two days off of school so I postponed meal prep this week. Might do it today or tomorrow. We’ll see!  I did spend time working on adding more plants to my collection. I am enjoying my experiments.

Mind/Body

  • follow up with doc
  • morning pages/ morning routine
  • 30 minutes no screen after wakeup
  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • move body daily
  • breath work
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • journal night on The Hope Circuit
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • outdoor time/hike?
  • pull cards/journal/video
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
