Hi hi!! How was your weekend? 

Did you take good care of yourself? (I tried!)

Did you do anything to prep for the week? (I cleaned out my fridge and made a meal plan)

How did the full moon treat you? Are you ready to release what no longer serves you? (I’m working on it!) 

One of my top goals this week is to clean the outside of my car. IT IS SO DIRTY

  • 30 minutes no screen after wakeup

  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • move body daily- break a sweat
  • breath work
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • outdoor time/hike?
  • pull cards/journal/video
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • tweeze things
  • paint nails
  • do a hair treatment
  • clean house + phone a friend
  • use my diffuser
  • steam facial
  • take vitamins
