This 1982 Honda CB900F Super Sport was acquired by the selling dealer in 2024 as a partially completed restoration and subsequent work included rebuilding the top end and four Keihin carburetors, overhauling the suspension and triple disc brakes, refinishing the bodywork in black with orange and red graphics, retrimming the two-up seat, and replacing the battery, drive chain, and tires. The bike is powered by a 902cc DOHC inline-four paired with a five-speed transmission and features an electric starter, a Delkevic four-into-one exhaust, and ComStar alloy wheels. This CB900F Super Sport is offered by the selling dealer in Wisconsin with a clean Tennessee title.
The bodywork was refinished under current ownership in black with orange and red graphics. Details include a reupholstered stepped two-up seat, a molded tail section, and both center and side stands. The turn signal mount rubbers were replaced in preparation for the sale.
The 19″ front and 18″ rear ComStar alloy wheels were mounted with Shinko SR712 tires in 2024. Suspension consists of a rebuilt air-adjustable fork with Progressive springs as well as Progressive preload-adjustable shocks mounted to the swingarm. Stopping power is provided by triple disc brakes, and the front and rear brake master cylinders were rebuilt under current ownership.
The black handlebar carries replacement grips and mirrors and is mounted aft of instrumentation that includes an 85-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 9,500-rpm redline, and indicator lights for oil pressure, neutral gear selection, high beam, and turn signals. The five-digit odometer was reset during the restoration and shows 56 miles.
The air-cooled 902cc DOHC inline-four features an oil cooler, an electric starter, four Keihin carburetors, and a Delkevic stainless-steel four-into-one exhaust system. Work under current ownership included performing a top-end rebuild, rebuilding and synchronizing the carburetors, and replacing the air filter, battery, and primary and secondary cam chain tensioners.
Power is transferred to the rear wheel through a five-speed transmission and a replacement drive chain.
